City of Winnipeg Office Addition & Renovations

Location: 1155 Pacific Avenue

Merging a new building and an existing building always presents challenges. There were some complexities in integrating mechanical, electrical and alarm systems while the city employees maintained operation and service for their customers. The final result was a 125,000 square foot state of the art building shedding natural light to all parts of the building through a well planned skylight design. Today this new office building is an important one stop service point for City of Winnipeg Works and Operations.
