Location: 1735 Corydon Avenue

A new 12,800 square foot,  2 storey building for high end retail and office space on Corydon Avenue. Some noticeable features are the open well geo- thermal heating system and energy efficient light fixtures as well as water-saving plumbing fixtures.  The exterior of the building is constructed with EIFS, ceramic tile, cultured stone and features curved glazing on the south-east main and second floor elevations.
