Elim Chapel

Location: 546 Portage Avenue , Winnipeg, Manitoba

This is a 2-Storey separate wing connected by a linkway to a historic church.  The addition, including the link, is approximately 8400 square feet per floor.  The project was built to the property line on all sides and tight to a public lane. It provides classroom space, a daycare, and a community hall.
