Enviro-Test Laboratories

Location: 1329 Niawka Road East, Winnipeg, Manitoba

The Enviro-Test Laboratories (ETL) redevelopment project included the renovation of an existing office space to accommodate a new testing laboratory facility of approximately 25,000 square feet in size.  Work involved the installation of specialized lab equipment including incubators, refrigeration systems, auto-claves and a trout farm.  A complex automated controls system was designed and installed for this project.
The ETL project took approximately 6 months to complete, and required a dedicated team approach from the owner, contractor and consultants to ensure the facilities were completed in a timely manner.
