A former convent was converted into 48 units of assisted living and 82 suites for independent living persons. The existing building interior was almost completed gutted to remove asbestos and to allow for re-appropriation of space for living quarters, and modernization of the chapel and food services. Three additions were required to facilitate the conversion of these structures that dated back to 1937 and 1955.
