Health Canada Building

Location: 510 Lagimodiere Boulevard

The Health Canada Building underwent a major exterior wall cladding retrofit. The work consisted of the removal and replacement of thick metal wall panels to the entire building. Once the panels were removed, the new air barrier and insulation was installed to a 100% seal. The reinstallation of the panels was accommodated by special clips sturdy enough to withhold the heavy metal panels. Sixty foot scissor lifts were required to reach all heights of the 140 foot x 200 foot structure.
