Location: 180 DeBaets Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba

Project consists of a new single-storey, 40,500 square foot printing plant with a mezzanine floor area for office space. Foundation was friction piles and concrete grade beam with slab-on-grade concrete floors over an engineered subgrade. Superstructure was structural steel with insulated panel wall system. Plant layout consists of main production area, layout, and design area.
