MPI Claim Centre - Beausejour

Location: Beausejour, Manitoba

This New Claims Centre was part of an expansion program by Manitoba Public Insurance into rural areas. This facility houses claims intake administration staff and vehicle assessment bays to process vehicle damage claims.  The facility is served by a ground-source heat pump system which has the wells distributed under the parking lot.  This design was pioneered ahead of the LEED program.
