Sears Polo Park Shopping Centre

Location: 1515 Portage Avenue

The renovation to this 1960’s era building included a retro-fit and interior fit-up to 170,000 square feet. This consisted of an expansion of the second floor and a new escalator service between the main and second floor. The $16 million retrofit  was completed in just six months on a double-shift 7-day per week basis.  A new entrance on the south elevation allows for convenient access into the store.
