Selkirk Mental Health Centre Phase 1 & 2

The redevelopment project for Selkirk Mental Health Centre was delivered under a Construction Management Services Contract in two phases. The new 105 bed facility serves various mental health patient needs and is compartmentalized in separate wings to suit the health condition.The single-storey structure is 90,000 square feet and has eight courtyards integrated into the layout. The high-level care facility provides for both the security and individual comforts for their clients. The project foot print required careful site planning to blend with the existing campus while improving drainage and traffic flow.
