This construction management project consisted of developing 5 floors of office space within a historic building which was previously both a warehouse and factory. In order for construction to proceed an adjacent derelict building had to be demolished. The 65,000 ft² of new developed space included offices, testing facilities, clinic space, conference rooms and board rooms. The next Phase of the project will include a gymnasium which will include a suspended track for Manitoban athletes to train and be tested in.
