This Construction Management project involved a new 5500 square foot two-storey office building with attached 16,000 square foot pre-engineered shop featuring in-floor heat, oil change pit, truck wash bay, two 10-ton overhead cranes. The office features a high vaulted ceiling, solid maple staircase, large millwork reception desk, and curtain wall with a masonry veneer exterior finish.
