Location: 300/302 Dawson Road

Project was comprised of 5,115 square foot office space and attached 10,000 square foot warehouse. Building is single-storey constructed on cast-in-place piles, grade beam and structural slab. Attached warehouse space is a pre-engineered building structure. Exterior finishes are masonry and metal cladding. Interior finishes are very elegant including granite, hardwood and carpet floor coverings. Mechanical system is forced air with roof top air handlers and supplementary electrical heat. Project included attached warehouse space divided into six separate spaces, each with its own overhead door.
