John is a graduate Civil Engineer from the University of Manitoba. He has held the position of President of the Manitoba Chapter of the American Concrete Institute and has a Gold Seal Estimator designation from the Canadian Construction Association. He was a Director since 1999 and President for 2006 and 2007 of the Winnipeg Construction Association. He is also serving as Provincial Vice-Chair to the Canadian Construction Association since 2005.

John is the Managing Partner overseeing Financial and Office Administration, General Coordination of Estimating and Project Management and managing Design-Build proposals.

Larry graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1972. He has a Gold Seal for Project Manager and Estimator from the Canadian Construction Association.

Larry's expertise is applied as Head of Estimating. Over the years, he has also worked as a Field Superintendent, Project Manager and Office Manager. Larry volunteers his input to various committees of the Winnipeg Construction Association.
